Location: the hotel was not far from the bay and all attractions at great ocean road. The staff were nice and welcoming day and night.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with incredible view of the ocean. Airy, spotless room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and towels. Absolutely kind staff, convenient and ideal location near the pubs and the town centre and the pubs and restaurants. Simply no complains at all, peaceful stay.

The place was well priced. Really enjoyed this hotel, had 1 very comfortable days here. I had a double room included with the bathroom and fridge. It was fantastic overall. The venue was in a central location short walk to the river, all attractions and the Great Ocean Road.

Great location and ocean views. Comfortable room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Having the heater on in our room prior to arrival on a chilly evening was a welcome touch. Keep up the good work!

The location was central, near to shops, the township, and all the restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly with local information. - I greatly enjoyed the room with a fantastic view. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Easy to get to, walking distance to the town, great views from the room, nice big room, comfy bed, biscuits with tea supplies and a toaster provided, quiet fridge and quiet neighbours (we couldn't hear other people staying).
TV was a bit low over the tea supplies/fridge, but not a great disadvantage. No bath mats for when you get out of the shower.
